Picture frame with Stamping

Hi friends,
Today i worked on another very old n totally damaged pic frame ..n tried to give it a new look..I was quite happy with the out cum ..hope you like it too..
i have tried to explain step by step  on how i made this...
hope even you too use your old things n make something new out of it..

This is the Final look..

I too a Texture white (u can take Gesso if u have) n with the help of a spatula spread it on the base. dont worry if its uneven ..
Then with a sponge I dabbed on the wet paint so that i get this look...(u can go zig - zag or try your own style to get a nice look..let it dry out or use a heat gun if u r in a hurry..

Then take your GB stencil, in this case i took the old die cut outs which most of us normally throw away..n with the distress / stayzon ink dab with sponge so that u get ink only in the area inside the stencil..let it dry and put a layer of mod podge or a varnish to get a good finish n to save your color from the air.

Stamp any image..i took flowers...

Ink it up with the color of your choice
here i took Distress ink..
with the embossing tool give it dome dimensions n emboss

Add your favorite effects..glitter/ stones, pollens anything ..
I used some Glossy Accent to give due effect

And finally some rind stones and finished it..

I wanted a simple look..but if u want to be more funky then add more of texture layers one after another n see the result..

Sospeso Trasparente

Hi Friends,

This being my first attempt, I must say, I had loads of fun..this art form is not only exciting but you can control your project at every point n re do if not happy with the look..the beauty of the heating of the sheet n bending it to look like a real flower is quite challenging..and i should say that Monica Allegro has done it in a brilliant way..

just love it...

I will try out different ways n techniques to present a few more ways to do this art..so stay with me..

This time I tried it on a wine glass..the results are lovely...
I first frosted the glass according to my design and then finished with the decoration...hope you like it..
