Hello lovely ladies,
I am writing after a long time hoping to reach to lot of you ladies who must have gone or going through the same health issue as me.
I was spending time to myself and also gathering information on my situation, just to understand what is happening to me . It took me a while but I figured it. As a women I was made to normalised all my pain and neglected my health till it was an alarming situation.
Little about myself, mother of 3 loving daughters. I had all 3 C-section and had 2 abortions. Luckily I never took any pills or used “T” for my personal fears. And good as now we are coming to know how bad it’s for our health. My health slowly started to deteriorate after my 3rd child that is when I was 32 years I started feeling weak and my periods though were on time always but the flow was very heavy. It was so bad that I dreaded to stand or sit fearing that the flow will ruin or leak out…and a lot of times it did …it was painful and scary. I was physically and mentally drained. All this lead to a cutout from the world, I had no one who could understand. I did consultant gynaecologist but of no use. Doctors are not there for you , they are in the marked to take out the investment their parents made to make them doctors. They give nonsense tests, unnecessary medicine. There may be few exception but I was not lucky to meet them. Years passed in hope that things will become fine but it kept getting worse. I was frustrated, weak and lonely. My hemoglobin dropped and reached a point where it remained between 5.6 to 6 and this was the worst phase. The doctors asked me to take intravenous iron followed by iron tablets. Which back fired and I almost immediately started sinking leaving all the doctors to panic, that’s when they realised that I am a rare person who was allergic to iron. (They should have done a allergy test before ). This was terrifying experience which let to dis belief in Allopathy medicine and Doctors . Nothing was effecting my health. Hair loss, dry skin, cracked foot, hot flashes, always tired, brain fogging and the list never stopped . After my delivery I was prescribed thyroid medicine which went on for a very long time..though I used to stop taking them once in a while. This health graph kept on escalating till I was about 45years. My pre Menopause and Menopause phase I bloated up due to neglect and poor medical guidance. Soon I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
Totally devastated and not knowing what to do? I only trust myself and did a lot of research and educated myself on improving health and immediately. By the time I was 50 years lot of changes happened physically and mentally. I was almost finished in my currier as an artist. I did nothing but a little house work and felt totally drained. During periods it felt like hell, painful and scary. No one understood . Internet was my only hope and during one such search I came across
Dr. Robin Sharm’s YouTube Channel.
(Let me tell you I just don’t follow anyone like that but guess when you are destined to meet good things just happen. Thank To the Universe to help me in this). For me his medicine and advice worked.
No offence but I have no faith in Allopathic medicine, I truely believe that it just suppress the issue and you end up paying long term side effects.
My experience:
PS : don’t take any medicine for more than 3 months always give a gap or follow a schedule. Your body needs time to digest and understand the cycle and treatment. Also be careful of what you eat as these days everything is adulterated be it vegetables or fruits or non veg. Try to pick personal from the market and not call for it at home.
In addition to taking the medicines, I also incorporated home-cooked meals and recommended home remedies, such as Gond ka tira, chia seeds, jeera water, sattu drink and more, into my daily routine for a period of 20 days to a month.
During this time, I consistently took Krishna Ayurveda’s medicine:
- Thyro balance juice for 3 months
- Haemoglobin booster juice for 2 months
- She care juice for 3 months
- Diabetic care juice for 3 months

Last one month I am taking KAPIVA ‘s Shilajit once a day, and really feeling the difference.
(This was the brand that worked for me , their herb combination suited me, but there are more companies who are making Ayurvedic medicine so kindly do your R&D as well).
Good thing about these medicine is that you don’t have to take it through out your life. You take it as your body needs it. I do my blood test every 6-8 months and if need be I can take medicine according to the deficiency.
As a result of this I started shedding my excess weight. I was 68kgs and now I am 53kgs. I am much better now and understand my body. Apart from food and medicine I also try to walk more whenever possible.
During this time family support is very essential, Luckily my kids were very supportive. Though my journey to healing has just begun. Ladies we have damaged ourselves too much now repairing will also take time, don’t think few months will be enough. It’s a lifetime process of taking care and being conscious of your intake.
❤️Give more time to yourself to heal. Do what makes you happy, singing, reading , outings, art or craft , gardening anything..
Eat healthy, and light. Avoid outside junk (once in a way is ok )
❤️❤️One more advice if possible try to go for weeklong vacation to hills that really helps as the air and water change really boosts your over all health and immediately. I realised it when I got the opportunity to go to Shimla for 10 days to 12 days and really felt the difference. The city life is actually killing us and acts as slow poison. In good air we are a new person all together.
❤️❤️❤️ what ever you do full day take out time only to yourself . Even if it’s sitting alone and doing nothing. “ME” time as it’s called. Love and palmer yourself. You deserve it. Trust me no one will come any praise your efforts, so you do it yourself.
Now I am slowly coming back to my work that helps me financially and I also feel better when the mind is at work. Avoid social media as it drains you of your mental health.
